I was lead Project Manager for the Spring & Mulberry project while contracted with Letter A. My role consisted of creating and managing a timeline, coordinating print production, scheduling creative reviews, assisting in production of photo shoot, liaising between contractors and in-house creative team, key point of contact for client, budget allocating, and more.
